The entire town of Llano was on hold for more than two hours Friday morning. The Llano River Bridge on Highway 16 was completely shut down after a woman climbed over the railing and threatened to jump.
Cars were stacked up on both sides of the bridge, and residents were growing frustrated. Meanwhile, many drivers parked along the river to wait it out.
