Lawsuit Contends McCain/Obama Should Be Off Texas Ballot

Libertarian Party presidential nominee Bob Barr is filing a lawsuit trying to get the names of John McCain and Barack Obama removed from the election ballot in Texas.

Barr says Thursday he had filed the lawsuit seeking to remove the names of the Republican and Democratic presidential nominees because he said they missed the official filing deadline to be on the November 4 general election ballot.
