Austin ranked top city for Hispanics

Hispanic magazine ranked Austin among the top 10 cities in the nation for Hispanics to live and work, for the seventh consecutive year.

The difference this year is that instead of rating and ranking cities, this year's list honors each city equally for its local attributes.

The annual list's qualifying aspect was the "prospect of a good job, a safe place to raise a family, a manageable cost of living and the ability to buy and keep a home."
