Meals on Wheels now on two wheels

With gas prices rising, Meals on Wheels has decided to launch a two-wheeled solution when it comes to delivering meals to those in need.

Volunteers can now choose to bike the route instead of delivering the meals via car. Three bicycles with cooler carts will be available to those volunteers. A total of 12 volunteer routes were identified as bike friendly in Downtown Austin.
