From KEYE, November 4, 2008...
Williamson County election officials say hundreds of voters may have voted in the wrong races today. Election officials are still trying to figure out how it happened.

Overwhelming waits for some Wilco early voters
From News 8 Austin, October 30, 2008...
Early voters continue to break records as they head to the ballots, and the lines kept getting longer and the parking lot fuller at one polling place in Williamson County.
The Cedar Park Public Library has been the busiest polling location in Williamson County. Election volunteers have processed 130 to 140 voters per hour. Voters reported hour-long waits and they want to know why the process hasn't improved as the number of voters continues to climb.

WilCo Gets Wires Crossed
From Austin Chronicle, October 30, 2008...
Three thousand Williamson County voters need to double-check where they will vote on Election Day after the county's Elections Department gave them the wrong location. After staff made a database error, WilCo residents across nine precincts were sent notification postcards with incorrect info on them: Some put them in the wrong precinct, and others had the wrong polling location.
Voters may early vote at any polling location but must vote at their assigned precinct location Nov. 4. The Elections Department is sending out corrected cards. Check www.wilcogov.org/elections for a complete list of polling locations.
