In Cedar Park, GMAC has moved to foreclose on Portrait Homes' Buttercup Creek townhome project. Thirty-three of the 60 planned homes have been built, and 21 are occupied.
But the project is on hold while Chicago-based Portrait tries to reach a resolution with the lender.
