Cedar Park: Townhomes put on hold in face of poor economy

It's a Halloween horror at the Buttercup Creek Townhomes. It's not the jack-o-lanterns on porches - or ghosts in trees that's scaring folks. But the uncertainty surrounding their once comfortable community.

"I'm worried that I just bought a house in a neighborhood that's not going to get completed." Said townhome owner Michelle Gaiewski. Worried because dirt is piled in front of unfinished townhomes. Wires connect to nothing. Holes are where door knobs should be- and dumpsters full of wood sit in the parking lot.
