Texas ties for 3rd in business location rankings

From Austin Business Journal, November 6, 2008...

Economic development publication Site Selection magazine has ranked Texas the third best state to operate a business in its latest list.

Texas tied for third with Alabama. The Lone Star State ranked third in 2007 as well.

North Carolina ranks No. 1 on the list for the fourth year in a row, followed by Tennessee at No. 2.
