After months of negotiations and various versions drafted, the Williamson County Commissioners Court unanimously approved a new landfill contract.
Waste Management, the company that operates the landfill, signed off on it last week.
Commissioners said the new contract gives the county more control and more money, plus it encourages more recycling.
