The flyover access to northbound State Highway 130 from State Highway 71 is now open.
Motorists making their way east on U.S. 71 can use the flyover just east of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport to access SH 130 heading north toward Georgetown. Work crews opened the flyover after morning rush hour on Wednesday.
