Ethnically centered music festivals are popping up like never before in Austin.
"A lot of people think of Austin as a blues town or a roots music town, and now with South By [Southwest] and ACL, kind of as an alternative music/rock town, but this is a Latino music town as well," Rosa Reyes with Austin Convention and Visitors Bureau said.
