With the birth of State Highway 130 came new life for the town of Hutto.
Plans for a major new development called the Crossings of Carmel Creek will forever change Hutto's landscape.
The 500 acres straddling SH 130 to the south of State Highway 79 in Hutto is good land no matter how you look at it.
Developers have plans to make it look like a mecca of retail, restaurant, residences and even contain an amphitheater that will seat 750 people.
