The race for Liberty Hill mayor and Place 1 alderman could hang on four ballots that haven't been counted.
When all the votes were counted Saturday, Mayor Connie Fuller had one more vote than political newcomer Carl Cook, and incumbent Alderman Jack Harkrider had two more than challenger Monty Bill Price.
But two provisional ballots and two overseas ballots have not been counted.
