Precinct Three County Commissioner Valerie Covey was joined by precinct two commissioner Cynthia Long and other county representatives to celebrate the opening of Ronald Reagan Boulevard from FM 3405 to Williams Drive.
The new section of roadway is 5.4 miles and includes two bridges. Construction was completed nearly one month ahead of schedule and cost $10 million.
