The Ninth Annual Red Poppy Festival is April 26 and 27 in downtown Georgetown. Off the Record will perform at 8 p.m. April 25 to kick off the event. April 26 will begin with a parade at 10 a.m., and Kelly Willis will perform at 9 p.m. For information, call 800-436-8696 or visit their website.
