The Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority will have to contend with another neighborhood group as it works to build a $350 water infrastructure project. Homeowners along Trails End Road recently formed a non-profit corporation known as Protect Trails End (PTE) to fight the project.
Trails End is the proposed site for a pipeline that will carry water from Sandy Creek to a water treatment plant near the Hur Industrial Park in Cedar Park.
