The Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority, charged with building a $350 million water infrastructure project for the cities of Cedar Park, Round Rock and Leander, will seek a $309 million loan from the Texas Water Development Board later this month. BCRUA officials will meet with the TWDB at 11 a.m., Monday, Jan. 28 at 1700 N. Congress Avenue in Austin.
