The Austin Aviation Department is seeking proposals from developers to build and operate a retail center at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
The proposal request is for a 13-acre tract on Spirit of Texas Drive just northwest of the Hilton Austin Airport, which the department has earmarked for commercial development.
