Central Texas farmers reluctantly began planting corn crops about a month ago, but with drought conditions, many said they were planting for a failure.
Though recent rains may have lightened some moods, many farmers still pray for more moisture. And while some are more optimistic, there is no deficiency in the types of problems farmers face.
