In the near future, you will start seeing city of Austin employees zipping around in these yellow Smart cars.
Austin City Council Thursday approved leasing 200 cars, at no cost, from Daimler.
The cars will be parked around the city for employees to use.
Daimler will pay for the car2go program during the six-month trial period.
