TXDOT commissioners Thursday gave the green light for some big changes on Central Texas roadways; allocating more than $1 billion in federal stimulus money to widen lanes and build bridges.
A total of $10 million will be used to turn FM 1460 near Round Rock into a four-lane stretch of blacktop.
