What will soon be the site of a new major manufacturing plant is not much more than dirt and weeds now. But, the barren land will shortly be transformed into the booming financial epicenter for the City of Seguin.
Seguin Mayor Betty Ann Matthies said it's the biggest thing to ever happen to the tiny town.
