Texas’ real estate foreclosures declined during the month of November, and also are down compared with the same month last year.
According to a November report released Dec. 11 by Irvine, Calif.-based RealtyTrac, a total of 7,843 homes in Texas entered the foreclosure process, a 20 percent drop from October 2008 filings. This is a 32 percent decline from the number of Texas filings in November 2007.
