The City of Cedar Park held the first of two public hearings Tuesday on annexing the Ranch at Cypress Creek Municipal Utility District No. 1.
There will be another public hearing at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 11 at the Cedar Park Public Library, 550 Discovery Blvd.
