It's hard to drive through Marble Falls without stopping at the Bluebonnet Cafe. For almost 80 years the cafe has been the go-to spot for people craving coconut meringue pie, tamale soup or chicken fried steak.
Allene Hobbs and James Burwick have been eating at the Bluebonnet Cafe on Highway 281 for longer than they might care to tell you.
