The South Phase 2 construction on Ronald Reagan Boulevard from FM 2243 to Hwy. 29 in Georgetown is now complete. The four-lane divided roadway is approximately 4.1 miles and opened Feb. 1. Ronald Reagan Boulevard extends Parmer Lane north through Williamson County and is planned to reach IH 35 north of Georgetown. North Phase 1 from Hwy. 29 to FM 3405 opened in September 2007, and construction on North Phase 2 from FM 3405 to RM 2338 is expected to be completed by summer.
