A water project between three Williamson County cities could face months of delays, and some city officials are considering ways to reorganize the project's governing board.
The delay comes after a resolution was voted down last week that would have put an underground pipeline through a small park in Travis County. Cedar Park City Council member Cobby Caputo voted against the resolution. The board's other voting members, Round Rock City Council member Scott Rhode and Leander Mayor John Cowman, supported the plan.
