Two Major League Baseball websites reported this week that the Dallas Stars Hockey Club will build its arena for the Texas Stars right across the street from the Dell Diamond in Round Rock.
The Texas Rangers and Houston Astros both had the information nestled inside larger stories regarding Nolan Ryan's future as potential president of the Rangers.
Jim Lites of the Hicks Sports Management Group said," There's nothing about that in that story that's true."
"We're connected to Cedar Park," Lites said of HSM's commitment to building the entertainment center on the land that's on the northwest side of the New Hope Road-183A intersection. "We've worked very hard on this deal."
