A Williamson County man is facing a felony firearms charge after he shot at a neighbor's children while they played around Block House Creek near his home, authorities said.
The children were not hurt but told authorities that 38-year-old Adam Bowen shot at them about 6 p.m. Sunday as they played near their home on Claudia Drive in the Block House Creek neighborhood between Cedar Park and Leander, according to a felony complaint.
